Koliana Designs is an interior design firm, based in Maui Hawaii, that specializes in updating older condominiums into high-end modern spaces. The company needed an identity that conveyed their sense of style while maintaining an approachable, island-friendly feel.

Design Hovie Studios created a stylized coriander leaf (koliana is the Hawaiian word for coriander) mark that also displays hints of tropical, underwater plant life. The mark was then matched with a modern logotype to create the desired effect. Business cards, stationery and other marketing material designs utilize sparse layouts and are printed on tactile recycled material for a sophisticated yet unimposing look.
