Abura Tori, a Japanese maker of cosmetics, came to Hovie looking for a package design for their skin care system. This system, involving the use of gold leaf slip sheets, was to be introduce in the US for the first time.

Design Hovie Studios created a look that was sleek and spoke to the softness and purity of the system. The various types were differenciated by a series of pastel colors layed over the texture of the gold leaf slip sheet paper.
