Hovie Creates New Brand Identity and Collateral for the Workforce Development Council Snohomish County
SEATTLE, WA - 10/19/07 - Seattle graphic design firm, Design Hovie Studios, Inc., has designed the new brand identity and collateral for the Workforce Development Council Snohomish County. Workforce Development Council Snohomish County invests government and private funding to continuously increase the global competitiveness and prosperity of Snohomish County's businesses and workforce, to fill current and emerging jobs, and to provide full employment..
The new brand displays the energy and vitality of the organization and highlights their dedication to re-training individuals from all walks of life and directing them into exciting new careers. Furthermore, the mark also speaks to the aerospace and technology industries that make up much of the business in the region.
The entire project was a 2 month process designed by Creative Director Hovie Hawk and designer Aaron Sarnat.

Design Hovie Studios Inc. is an international graphic design boutique based in Seattle, USA, providing graphic solutions for id, print, and identity. Founded in 1998 by Creative Director Hovie Hawk, the studio has operated out of both Seattle and Milan, Italy. With Seattle now its base, the studio continues to maintain a presence in Milan through a working agreement with Qwentes Italia Srl.
