The City of Seattle came to Design Hovie Studios wanting to create a series of brochures promoting Green Building. Their hope was to create something above and beyond what the City had produced in the past in the hopes of connecting with a larger audience.

Design Hovie Studios achieved this by creating a warm color palet and clean modern look printed on a heavy weight recycled stock. Each of the 8 brochures showcase a different color yet work together to create a cohesive family. The final product was something revolutionary in City publications and has increased the public's awarness of Green Building in the Seattle area.
