Hovie Creates New Identity for Ravenworks Joinery

SEATTLE, WA - 01/18/07 - Seattle graphic design firm, Design Hovie Studios, Inc., has designed the new brand identity for Ravenworks Joinery of Seattle, Washington. Ravenworks Joinery is a custom cabinetry and fine furniture maker who specializes in environmentally friendly materials.

Given the Ravenworks' dedication to the environment, Design Hovie Studios created a color palet of Spring Green and Sunset Purple to emphasize it "greeness". For the logo, a raven icon takes the place of the letter "A", reinforcing the brand name without sacrificing readibility.

The entire project was a 5 week process and developed in Design Hovie Studios' Seattle offices by Creative Director Hovie Hawk and designer Aaron Sarnat.
