Hovie Creates New Identity for Newhouse Development
SEATTLE, WA - 09/20/06 - Seattle graphic design firm, Design Hovie Studios, Inc., has designed the new brand identity for Newhouse Development of Kirkland, Washington. Newhouse Development specializes in building high end custom houses that provide maximum comfort and value to their occupants.
The new brand identity utillizes a clean, modern typeface with a roof top icon. The icon is stylized with a wave form under the roof symbolizing the company's flexability and dedication to make each home custom and unique in its environment.
The entire project was a 5 week process and developed in Design Hovie Studios' Seattle offices by Creative Director Hovie Hawk.

Founded in 1998 by Creative Director Hovie Hawk, the studio has operated out of both Seattle and Milan, Italy. With Seattle now its base, the studio continues to maintain a presence in Milan through a working agreement with Qwentes Italia Srl.
