Built New Seattle
Built New Seattle is a collection or realtors that specialize in the sale of new construction homes in the greater Seattle area. They came to Design Hovie Studios wanting an identity that conveyed the modern, upwardly mobile, aspects of their homes.
Design Hovie Studios created a logo with an abstract motion form that also creates "b" and "n" letterforms. Type is clean and modern. Rules and lines create an active grid that convey aspects of achitectural drawings. The spring green and earth color palet works well and speaks to the built green aspects of many of Built New's listings.
